We tried the chicken breast and it was so tender and juicy, (probably the best I've ever tasted) delicious cut into strips, coated  in FR eggs and home made bread crumbs, with chopped thyme, shallow fried and served over garden salad. yum! Sorry I forgot to photograph it.
The war on Weevils
Here is one olive tree cuff, unfortunately, they did not work.

This morning's breakfast.

Grated zucchini and potato with ground sea salt, fresh cracked pepper and chopped rosemary, combined with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. I was a bit heavy handed with the pepper, but otherwise it was great, and Brad's tomato relish helped to subdue the pepper.

It was so good I nearly forgot to take this phot but remembered just in time.
